Can't remember when I last slept so well!
Mattresses are very personal, so much depends on your size and what you find comfortable. I am in my 60s, have severe arthritis amongst other health problems and do not sleep well at all. I am 5'7", weigh 8stone and have no fat on me. Cannot sleep on left side at all. Before this mattress I would wake in pain after 2 hours or so and it took hours for that pain to ease off. This on a mattress that cost 10 times as much!. It's early days but I have found that this mattress is very soft and supports my spine all the way so I am not balancing on my disks.. Ditto when I sleep on my side, my shoulder and hip no longer burn with pain. Prior to this I found sleeping sitting up easier but that has caused nerve damage and pressure sores. I have been forced to get up at 4am, due to pain, on far too many occaisions. So, to me, this is like a minor miracle. I have even been able to go back to bed with a cup of tea!The mattress does not look cheap, I think it's incredible value and would not complain if it needed replacing more often than a dearer one. I had looked for a soft mattress deliberately having read an article that said that maybe ortheopedic mattresses may not be the answer for back problems. This was the only one I found. It's non-turn and has no handles (only drawback). However, as I pointed out, I sleep alone, have no spare fat or padding and have no idea what it would be like with 2 people who weighed more than me. All I can say is it suits me very well indeed. Even my friends are saying I look more restedOne niggle, and this may not be down to the suppliers, the mattress can only be delivered to front door - that was fine but the driver could not manage on his own. Luckily I had a strong man (they do have their uses) who helped carry it in and set it up for me. This was not a problem but I do think the driver could have been less surly and a bit more grateful for the help. I would not have been able to help so how he would have managed without my friend I do not know. I noticed another customer had the opposite experience so it's the luck of the draw. One other drawback - I just want to go back to bed and am finding excuses to retire to my wonderful new bed! I am so grateful that I bought it as I did worry that it was so cheap. I cannot thank the makers enough, I really was at my wits end and desperate for more than 2 hours sleep at a time. You do get 30 days in which to return it so maybe it would make sense to keep packaging on whilst you try it. My late husband used to say "there ain't no tens", this is an eleven in my book!

comfort
I was very impressed with the seller's punctuality in delivering the item, which surpassed my expectations regarding its functionality, size, and weight. Not only was it comfortable to use, but it was also very affordable. I highly recommend this shop.

Great value mattress!
Read the description bullets before you buy - if you're expecting memory foam then this isn't for you (you're not going to get a decent "real" king size memory foam mattress for under £100 anyway). I wasn't after memory foam and read the description thoroughly before I purchased so I'm quite happy with what I received!Amazing quality for the money but it was never going to be as good as a pocket sprung mattress - but then they cost more than twice the price so I'd never expect that.I wouldn't say it's the comfiest mattress I've ever slept on but it's certainly comfortable enough and will do me nicely for a year or two whilst I save up to buy a decent long term mattress. I'm not going to rave about it being the best mattress in the world because it really isn't but I'm pretty picky and I'm sleeping very well on it :)For the price you can't really go wrong here but it is what it is - it's a cheap sprung base with a thin layer of cheap memory foam stuck on top. If you need a mattress to tide you over for a while or you're looking for a cheap guest bed mattress then this will certainly do the trick!Weirdly I'm noticing quite a few reviews mentioning the mattress arriving rolled up and them "sinking" into the mattress as well as the 4" topper on it.. ?!I'm not sure what mattress these people bought but it wasn't the same one I have! The mattress I had delivered is fairly firm to lie on; the foam on top is maybe 1cm if that but is comfy; although I wouldn't say it's memory foam, it's just squidgy foamy stuff that makes the mattress comfy so you can't feel the springs. It's also far too substantial to roll up, there's no way this mattress would roll or fold - mine came upright, wrapped in thick polythene. It doesn't look anything like the photos but it's as described in the description points so I had no great shocks and overall for a sub-£100 mattress it's exactly what I was looking for.

very good value and firm enough
Only going from first nights experience and seems fine.Noticed a couple of negatives from some reviewers but can't really see those points. There are the usual recessed studs in the mattress but as I used a cover can feel nothing. The bed was firmer than I thought it would be, but very comfortable. I assume as it has a layer of memory foam on coils you have to make sure the mattress is memory foam side up, wonder if some people put it the wrong way up ? Suppose it means you can't turn it the other way up if you wanted even wear. Possibly depends on the stature of the reviewers in these days of more heavily proportioned people perhaps weight is an issue !!!! But a friend who recommended it is quite heavy and her husband, they thought it was fineThe one slight gripe is probably handles on the side might help in moving. Not hugely heavy but I've got narrow stairs so it took two people to get the mattress upstairs as you need to bend it and can't really do that on your own with no real purchase.Early days but can't really fault it, at the price it seems very good value, if it didn't work out you haven't lost a lot anyway. My partner who once spent £2000 on a divan bed, was initially sceptical but she thinks it's great
