Get this to stabilize your frostings
I made stabilize whip cream frosting with this and my frosting lasted all week with out melting. Get this and add it to your cream. Follow the directions very clear and you can call manufacture for help. They are lovely

Good product
I Love instant cleargel,as a baker I wouldn't be without it. It works wonderfully to stabilize whipped cream and to thicken fruit juices for fillings. My only complaint is that it should come with more helpful instructionsl.

Does not work to make "instant pudding"
I tried thickening milk with it, the same way you would with Jell-O instant pudding. It did not work.

Love this for whipped cream
I used 1/2 tsp Clearjel mixed with a few tablespoons powdered sugar and put the mixture in with 1 cup heavy cream in the mixer. The cream whipped up beautifully and has held up without deflating or weeping, and the taste is the same as regular whipped cream. I have tried flavoring the whipped cream by adding chocolate powder and also coffee powder. Very tasty.I know there are many other uses (Google it) which I will try. But I am thrilled to be able to make whipped cream without it deflating, becoming soggy, or affecting the flavor.Only complaint: I wish the company would give a little guidance on how to use and how much to use. There is only one recipe on the package. Their website also is short on recipe details. But the product is good.

Works to make dye-free instant pudding mix.
Smells and tastes funny without adding more conspicuous flavors to it but is okay in baked goods. Wouldn't use this for vanilla pudding on its own because it does have an unexpected taste. Is great to thicken other cake fillings like berry compote. Mixing with sugar first and pulsing in a blender and then sifting helps avoid clumps and makes it taste better.
