Ordered a medium, and it did not fit at all. Adult medium would fit a smaller child. I am 115 pound, 5 foot 6 inches tall 55 year old female. The elastic waist (chest) strap was at least two inches too short.There is no way it will fit me. I have a 27 inch waist and a 30 inch chest.The chest/waist elastic is way too short, with huge straps of velcro not overlapping to connect. Poorly sized. I am going to get the large, but am concerned it won't fit.And, the hassle of returning the product and waiting for the next one. I have a couple other brands already and ordered this one because it had a different shape. I am accustomed to wearing these devices and have reviewed the others much better. It seems like it would work, except the elastic is way too short. In the picture, they show a model that is bigger than me wearing it, it does not wrap around like in the picture, unless you almost rip the elastic. When I was able to connect the velcro and try it, it was so tight, it impaired breathing. Also,the arm straps have no adjustment features. So you have to contort to get out of the device because it is poorly sized. Don't be overweight to use it. It was purchased to be the least constrictive of the devices I've used, and it ended up being way too tight. So, here I am, a small woman, ordering a large to see if it will fit. In concept, it should be more comfortable and easier to use than the more constraining non elastic style that I am used to. I like the way the underarm has elastic and a padded edge, that's why I chose it, something different than the others I bought, which can rub under the arm in a different area. If you are looking at posture correctors, the little elastic (white) figure 8 style is awesome if you tire of wearing the full tight posture correctors. And, the posture correctors in general gave me relief from psoas muscle hip nerve pain. And, my neck does not hurt either. I love wearing them while I work, drive , sit at computer.My posture looks so good, makes me look younger and healthier.

I wanted to love this brace because it's well made and sturdy - and from my brief time wearing it, it appears that it would actually help with posture...but it's ENTIRELY too small. I measured and fell right within the mid range for a size medium, and the velcro straps that fasten the brace around your midsection don't even come close to touching. If I give it a good hard stretch, I can make the ends meet, but it's so tight and the four inches or so of bare velcro (that DOESN'T connect because it's so small) rubs right against my skin and it's unbearable. Plus the arm loops are so tight they cut off circulation in my arms. I've started the process of return on this one and may attempt a larger size. I just don't know if one or two sizes will be enough and that's such a hassle because without accuracy in sizing charts, customers are really just left to guess.

It would cost too much to return so I basically threw away $16.00. I read the reviews and saw that people said it runs small so instead of ordering a small, I ordered a medium. I am 5'3" and 115 lbs. The medium is so small it cuts off the circulation in my arms. I cannot wear it even for 15 minutes. The arm straps are not adjustable. A big waste of my money!

Bought the medium for my 8 & 10 year old boys based on the chest measurements. Unfortunately, the shoulder loops are too big. The shoulder straps aren't adjustable. If the wearer 's ribcage isn't tall enough and\or shoulder blades aren't wide enough it doesn't fit. I gave it 4 stars because it fits me. It is comfotable and i plan to use it for myself.

Using this product to help restraighten back after injury. Easy to put on. Can adjust to personal comfort when wearing. For me this product is what I needed.

I think it is a good product but it is not confortable for me, i will try it again become when i wore it my posture was straigter

Doesn't do a darn thing! It's too big, even if you get a smaller size.
