Bought as a gift (have not seen it myself) but my son was delighted with it; says it is sturdy and blends very well with their posh patio furniture AND thanked me for wisely choosing a round one because I was worried that the 3 kids - all under 7 years old - would stub their little toes on a square one!

Very good quality and heavy enough for my very large umbrella. I found it very easy to put together and removed the adapters for smaller umbrellas. My umbrella also copes fine when the umbrella is tilted.

Nice item but not heavy enough to use with a parasol that does not fit (and is supported by) a table.
