It is a nice shower head and extender. I am satisfied. However, it is a 9” showerhead, not 10”, as advertised. Also, it comes with two sand filters, one in each end of the extender, no spare as advertised. The only fault I can report is that there is a ball joint on only one end of the extender, not the wall pipe end; thus, limiting it’s positioning. I almost could not use it. Although an attractive fixture, for these reasons, I give it only 4 stars.

Feels nice and works well. However, I had to increase the water pressure to my house and remove the regulator inside the shower head to get a good stream from the full head. Also, the adjustments are a little funny, so when I want to raise or lower the head with the water running it jiggles around a lot. My wife likes it, though!

I was really impressed with the quality and appearance of the shower head. It came packaged very securely and all pieces were included. Unfortunately, I had to return it because the arm was not long enough to extend to where I wanted it in our large shower. Otherwise, there were absolutely no issues with the shower head or the supplier - very professional.I will definitely order from them again.

Shower head looks nice and the extension is very nice and sturdy. The downfall is (which I should’ve expected from a rainfall head) the pressure is crazy low. The title says high pressure so I believed it. I even removed the pressure regulator and it was still weak. So weak that you can’t angle it to spray out AT ALL. So I ended up just putting it in the guest bathroom and bought an actual high pressure rainfall head from Walmart.

Have been using it almost a week - no regrets! Installation took only few minutes, it came with a white tape, which was pretty useful, I didn’t have one at home. The shower head is really big! It helped me to fill the bathroom with steam in seconds, pretty helpful for a coughing baby. I wish the water pressure at my bathroom was stronger.

At first, I thought this was a great deal. Easy to install and looked nice. But after owning it for just over a year, it broke and cannot be repaired. A shower head is not something you want to have to replace after a year. We replaced it with a Delta.

I bought this item several months ago and used it for the first time the other day. This shower head is awesome! It does exactly what it is supposed to at a price that I can afford. I love the fact that this comes with the arm because several that I looked at did not.

Does not work well in low pressure, some of the jets barely have water coming out. I will try another product.
