It seems to be the real thing, and what a great value NatureBell provides! I have quite a few of their products, and I think I like them all so far. Only problem is it says to take Berberine with food, but if you search online you will see most say to take it not with food! So I will take it without food and I hope that NatureBell does more research and updates the directions, to just say take it with water, but not say "with a meal".Keep up the good work delivering value and i appreciate you. :)

I'm already on a 500mg once a day metformin.But sometimes when I'm enjoying an extra heavily carb'd dinner, I'll take one right after the meal.I've done a few tests with and without, and my CGM readings confirm the reduction effect of berberine. I only take one pill when necessary.That's just my personal experience.

"Berberine" 1st bottle was bad or wrong product (white cream color with darks specs inside). a 2nd bottle was more of the right color after learn about what the color should be, However some of casuals on half full.Contacted the manufacture about the 1 st bottle and they claim the product might have gotten hot. (was delivered in March which is cool weather in the 50's degrees range)The 2nd bottle was delivered in July in very hot weather (100 degrees plus) and set in the mail box in the heat for about 3 hours and it was the right color as per the manufacture. I am taking berberine for sugar level control.the first brand I was taking was working, I order this brand "Naturebell" it was not working well but the !ts bottle was "????" as it was the wrong color. 2nd bottle was right color but I am like a yoyo with my sugar levels.I am going back to my original brand that I 1st started with as my sugar was always in good levels, once I learn what brand that was as I don"t remember.I have two other products by Naturebell that I will be changing to another brand also.I control my sugar levels by diet and depend on these herbs help.
