Love it! I was a bit skeptical, especially because I was worried about spending $40+ on something that may not work but let me tell you, I am a women with PCOS and thin curly hair. Eecently my hair has been falling out like crazy, I couldn't run my fingers through it without at least 5-10 strands coming out aswell. I am now half through my second bottle and the pics are from how much hair would fall out in the shower before I started taking it and after. A HUGE difference. I am so thankful, I'm also seeing that I have a thicker hairline which has always been thin and my eyelashes are growing out very nice and long(I also have trichotillomania). I can't guarantee it will work for everyone but it's definitely worth a try, just remember that it makes ALL your hair grow faster...everywhere.

I waited an entire month before I gave a review. So far, the product has served its purpose. I see many baby hairs growing and getting thicker. One drawback that I notice which I also read it affected another person in a different review, the white hairs growing are bananas. I used to have a few white hairs before but after this month, I see them triple! I don’t mind but for those that do, be warned. On a positive note, my face has this new glow I haven’t had before. My wrinkles have also diminished, which makes me look at least 5-6 yrs younger! This makes it totally worth it. Overall, recommend this product. Going to continue using it but only buying when it’s on sale. Regular price is too high for purchase.

I am 58 and started shedding a LOT about 6 months ago...maybe longer. My hairdresser said it was due to the several stressful family things happening in my life. I saw an advertisement on Instagram via Christina from Flip or Flop and had to give this vitamin a try. I use Mary Ruth's products and have for years. Love them. This liquid vitamin, however, is a game changer for shedding/hair loss. In my opinion, it has decreased by 75% and I am just into my third month. I did, however, see results within the first week. While everything doesn't work for everyone, this product is definitely worth a try. I give it a 10 out of 10...probably a 20 out of 10.

First of the taste it’s ummm weird? Not as bad as the prenatals but not amazing either. I’ll be honest I try putting it in smoothies and regular juice and it made it taste even worse. I’m only on day 4 so I haven’t notice any difference in the effectiveness but trust and believe I will finish this bottle it was too pricey to throw it away. This is how I take it if you need ideas, ps I am very sensitive and everything I don’t like makes me gag dramaticallyMy method on taking it:With a medicine syringe drawn the amount, pinch your nose and put it as far in your throat as you can than take it. DO NOT let go of your nose until your have swallowed it completely but do it fast you I don’t want you passing out lol(Tip: have a strong flavor drink on hand)

I highly recommend this if you are looking for a vitamin source in liquid form. It tastes great and is very easy to manage on a daily basis. I take it after I've eaten just to avoid possible stomach sensitivities, and there have been no issues whatsoever. I will definitely be reordering this product!

I have been using this of 3 months now and I will tell you I have noticed a great difference and I’m extremely happy with this multi vitamin and my energy level is even more better since I started I feel so good knowing I got this, the taste is not bad a mango flavor.
