The warranty covers only the equipment that is installed by a licensed HVAC contractor. 7 years for compressor and 5 years for the parts. Package was delivered with missing materials and there is no contact number available to rectify
This package was delivered incomplete. It is missing the pipe wrapping tape, and a number of additional items. I have hired someone to install it, who has been encountering one difficulty after another. He has been working to install these units for 3 days now, because the package was missing some crucial materials. It is unacceptable that I paid nearly $3500 for this product and when I encounter a problem, there is no number available to call to rectify the situation.

Finally changed my old central A/C to ductless tri-zone system. I LOVE THIS BRAND! Fantastic! no ducts needed. No more filter buying. One day installation. I can set the temperature for each room separately. Was impressed how quite they work. Excellent quality of material and the best price in this configuration 9,000+12,000+12,000 BTU. Recommend to all.
