UPDATE: After lots of use it has still held up wonderfully. It's just as amazing as the day I bought it one year ago. Excellent for TWO in diapers and holding BOTH cloth diapers and disposable at the same time along with diaper cream, disposable bags, lotion, hair brush and ties, etc. The perfect diaper changing caddy.This is just an initial first impression review. I will update later after a couple months of use to either confirm that my first impression has held up to the test of time, or to bring awareness to any problems. This is a bit long. This is a product I am most excited about because it's something I wish I had with my previous two babies and can't wait to try it out now with my third who is due in a matter of days.I chose this caddy over other options available because of:1. Size - it was one of the largest.2. Organization options: it offers more separation to organize things in a more custom way.3. Looks: I just like the way this one looks better than some others. I can see myself using it well beyond the needs of my baby.I was afraid of the quality of something made of felt. With a LOT of over-stuffing and excessive weight I could see the seams possibly tearing, but as a caddy on my bedside for diaper changing and nursing accessories, this seems plenty sturdy. The felt is stiff and it's actually lined with a canvas type of fabric giving it a nicer quality. It's still made of felt, but definitely more durable feeling than I was expecting. (More like what I was hoping it would be!)The straps are *removable.* I like this because one of my concerns was whether or not straps would be annoying and get in the way, since I don't intend to carry this around the house and only plan to keep it on my bedside. At the same time they may be nice to have if I end up needing it to be more mobile than I am thinking. Best of both worlds.One thing I didn't expect and sort of see as a downside is that you cannot place the dividers *wherever* you want. It's still very customizable and you can assemble them into the 5 compartments shown among other chosen configurations (2 long sections and 2 small sections, 3 long sections, 1 long section and 1 extra large section, or remove them all for one big tote.) , but there are velcro strips that match up and those are the only places that the dividers can be placed. I was expecting it to be able to velcro anywhere along the inside enabling you to create sections exactly how you want, but it does not work this way. This is seriously NOT a huge downside to me. It is still plenty customizable and I am happy with it, and I am only noting it because I had a false impression of how it would work prior to ordering. I am assuming those is how all of the competitors work, and still see this as likely being the most customizable option available.The smallest inner compartments are roughly 4.5" x 4.5" x 7.5" deep. You could easily fit 4 Dr. Brown's bottles in this space, a Costco pack of wipes, or maybe 6-7 size 4 diapers, and even more newborn diapers.The longer, larger compartment is roughly 4.5" x 9.5" x 7.5" deepThe velcro is strong. I do not expect having to deal with the dividers coming loose.Each long side has 3 outside pockets, that are realistically about 4" deep and 4" wide of usable space. The stiff felt makes these ideal for smaller, flatter objects such as breast pads, small diaper creams, etc. You could probably jam a bottle in there but I wouldn't. It would just make the main wall bulge inward and possibly cause excessive wear on the pocket.Each short side has one long pocket, also about 4" deep and 8" wide of usable space. You could more easily fit a bottle here... but I still probably wouldn't. It could also hold a few diapers, and more comfortably so. Again, the felt is stiff so it's better used for smaller or flatter items. Maybe a baby book or two would fit nicely here, or a smaller pack of wipes.Overall I am very happy with my purchase and really looking forward to this keeping my bedside nice and organized with everything I need within reach during those sleepless nights I have ahead with my newborn. After looking it over, I can also see this as being a fantastic organizer for my car for the on-the-go needs of my children. My babies are all in college, but this bag is great. I was cleaning out my closet and had too many comfort flip flops and Converse sneakers taking up space and looking messy. I was looking for a solution and stumbled upon this bag. Perfect! The handles come off, it has extra dividers and is just the right size for the side of my closet. After I got the first one, I ordered two more! I just stand pairs of flip flops or Converse in the spaces and everything is neat and easy to find - no lids, no heavy wood boxes. I may have to get more for other things - toiletries, hair tools, swimsuits, etc.

We got this for our car and it’s perfect for us! Sturdy, cute, and perfect sized! We used it to store extra backup wipes and diapers, diaper cream and sunscreen, sunglasses (baby), hand sanitizer, formula can, and bottled waters! It fits all perfectly!!! I like the customizable inserts to make pockets the size you want but I also don’t like this about this product I’d almost prefer the inserts to be not move or removeable. But either way great product for the price and adorable! It’s great when we forget to stock the diaper bag or forget the diaper bag so we still have supplies! We love it!

Pleasantly surprised. I was expecting something cheap for the cost compared to some other diaper caddies but this one exceeded my expectations. We bought this to store everyday items so we can remove the changing table from the main living area. There is ample room for everything we need it for, plus some. This would be a very handy caddy to take with you on a trip or in a vehicle as it could be used for multiple things. Inside pockets are very spacious and caddy seems to be well constructed and thick. The added dividers are surprisingly useful and the overall quality is very good.

This is an amazing new design to a diaper bag! One that even dads don't mind to carry! I gave this as a baby shower gift and the new parents were so surprised and pleased with it! This has velcro sections you can design your own compartments. Open on top so there is no dark bag to dig through to find little things. I give this a 5 star rating. Great design!

Oh my gosh. I ordered this caddy off my niece’s baby registry and I was so impressed when it arrived (rather speedily too)! The quality and size for the price was unbelievable! It made me happy that I chose it for them. This is a small company trying their hardest to make the customer happy. They even included a hand-written note inside the caddy! To say I was pleased would be an understatement for sure. Order this caddy and you won’t be sorry!

Not what i expected. The fabric is itchy and rough. And the handles are stitched inside so they are constantly in the way of the inside compartment. Couldnt deal with them when i needed to load or unload items. Wanted to use as a diaper caddy for newborn but was not able. Other than that nicely packaged, clean and fadt shipping.

I love the construct of this and how it is truly scalable to your needs. The color and pattern are adorable and unlike a lot of its competitors, the handles/straps are not only removable, but also flap down if you have a smaller space. The pockets are great and overall I'm super happy with it.
