Product description Black seed paste This astonishing paste is packed with natural ingredients. Black seed paste is also known as black cumin seed, “Habatul-Baraka” and has the botanical name of Nigella Sativa. Usually used in the Middle East and Africa as a sweet dip mixed with honey or blended with cake mix to give a wonderful flavour. Black seed paste can also be made into a hot drink. While still on the stove, simply add back seed paste to a small pot of boiling hot water. Bring the mixture to boil a few times, then leave it to settle for a few minutes. Pour into a mug and add honey to taste. Bear in mind that black seed on its own has a slightly bitter taste. Ingredients: Black seed (also known as black cumin), sesame seeds. Ingredients Black Seed

Delicious!
I love this product. If you've ever had Indian naan bread with kalonji seeds, you'll know the wonderful aroma and distinctive taste to expect from this. Spread thinly on a bagel, for example, it could be eaten as is, but it's a little bitter that way and is made marvellous by adding just a small amount of date molasses (just as tahini and molasses are eaten in parts of the Middle East).

Sand in black seed paste
It has a gritty taste and found a small sand stone unit while eating, n doubt that this product might have sand mixture.
