Must-have-buy for circuit training lovers or people with little access to sporting equiptment
I bought this for my dad as part of his xmas gift. He enjoys making up new circuit challenges for himself and others in the gyms he frequently has memberships for. He also travels sometimes for work and there isn't always access to a gym. He confirms these cards are excellent for helping him create a new challenge or to just give him something different to do while he is away/doesn't have access to the gym.

Simple ideas are the best
Sometimes simple ideas are the best: you shuffle the cards and you perform the exercises depicted on the cards you pick to get a workout that is never quite the same twice. The pack offers a whole body work out with a range of upper, middle, lower and whole body exercises clearly depicted and described on the cards. The cards even give guidance about how many repetitions one might try at beginner, intermediate or more advanced levels. The 'fitdeck' concept makes a great supplement to more structured physical activities. It is easily adaptable to a range of needs from those seeking to improve their basic fitness to people who are very fit. It is strangely addictive too - I find myself wanting to draw just 'one more card' to see what is coming up. I liked the basic deck so much I bought a couple of the smaller booster packs for even more spice and variety. Real attractions for me are the emphasis on exercises which can be performed with bodyweight alone (in the main pack and in many of the booster packs) and the small size of the deck. This makes the deck ideal for travelling. All in all, a fun product - if this is your sort of fun...

The guys like the change and they're pretty neat
Use them when I'm running PT and its time to change it up a little. The guys like the change and they're pretty neat.Tad on the expensive side for what you get. But I don't regret the purchase.

Correcto
Perfecto en cuanto a las actividades, pero la caja para guardarlas es muy endeble y las tarjetas deberían venir tratadas de algún modo, plastificadas o con un papel con película protectora de mejor calidad, pues se ensucian y doblan muy fácilmente.

FitDeck Bodyweight Cards
I have wanted these for a while. There are multiple cards for each section of the body. Each one has suggestions for a beginner/intermediate/advanced reps and times, accompanied by a picture and written directions, as well as alternate positions. FitDeck also included information cards about stretching or how to vary your workout. The color-coded cards make it easy to find what I want. The cards come in a nice clear case. One card does suggest using a chair but has an alternate position. Two cards suggest using a wall or some such thing for support. A number of cards seem fairly similar to each other but they do work slightly different areas.

Fun and easy to use
For me the biggest hurdle to exercising is just getting my butt off the couch and these cards make doing a quick workout so accessible! Just shuffle the deck and commit to doing 10 cards with no breaks and you have a 15 minute HIIT workout! If you want to do a longer workout just pick out 4-5 cards of each color (muscle group) and that's great too! The best part is the pictures make the exercises very accessible - my 4 year old has fun trying to replicate what's happening on the card while I work out in the living room.

You don't get much for your money here. The cards only label each exercise as "upper body," "lower body," etc. rather than the specific muscle or muscle group, so you can not choose cards to target, say biceps, triceps, and deltoids, one exercise each.

These KICK Your @$$
Getting back into fitness myself, I found these cards very useful for strengthening my body and also conditioning myself for other workouts &/or hobbies. Also as a beginner I found a couple of the exercises a bit challenging but they have beginners reps on the card and sometimes a modified version for beginners. As for the durability of the cards, I've only shuffled the deck a few times, I see a little bit of wear on the corners, but they should continue to hold up for the most part. As with any "card" you will see wear over time. As for the hard case that comes with it, they are perfect for portability and very strong so far. I throw a couple decks in my pocket and head down to the fitness center at work on breaks. They are very convenient and I like the fact that you can mix decks into one case for a whole new level of workouts. Also by shuffling the cards you never repeat the same workout. As an alternative to mixing decks:1)I take the Bodyweight deck and the Core Blast deck out of the cases.2)I turn over one card from each respective deck and perform the exercises shown.3)I place those cards underneath each respective deck and repeat.Since the Core deck has less exercises than the Bodyweight deck I get a unique workout every time.

A Terrific Fitness Product
As a 48 year old, relatively fit, Marine who enjoys vigorous exercise, I've used a variety of products to include the much publicized - and terrific BTW - P90X. These cards are terrific for those who want a challenging, adaptable, scalable, and portable work-out.My wife and I frequently work out together and use a combination of the FitDeck Body Weight cards augmented with a variety of Booster packs. They allow for varying fitness levels and can be scaled up or down depending on how motivated we are. It's a great way to stay in shape together.I also travel frequently and they've proven both compact and durable. Another reviewer mentioned the small text and I concur that the specific exercise directions contained on the cards is challenging on older eyes, especially while active. Nevertheless, a few extra moments focusing on the directions which are both few and simple result in rare references to them during subsequent work-outs. I highly recommend FitDeck.

Helpful and practical
These are great when you just want a few exercises to do. During the summer, part of my kids activity list to complete before playing video games was to get in some physical activity. They sometimes chose other activities, but choosing several cards from the FitDeck was one of their faves.

Wanted something portable and fun
My kids actually ask to do this! It's fun and you get a decent work out (speaking from beginner). I like how the cards show adjustments if you can't do the exercise and gives you different amount of reps for experience. The closure on the container could be better.

Best of the 3 decks I got
I ordered 3 Fit Decks: this one, fitness ball, and weights. While I am happy with all the cards, I like this one the best for several reasons:1)Seems to give me the best workout - more sore!2)Obviously can do these anywhere; vacation, etc.3)The "whole body" cards are not in the other decks - these cards not only work your muscles but cardio as well.A minor criticism is that the words are tiny on the cards, hard to read quickly, but the graphics make these extremely easy to follow.I would recommend these to anyone looking to work out at home to mainly increase strength but to get some cardio in.

The best way to organize your workouts
The only trouble I've ever had with workouts was planning them. The execution was no problem. With these cards, that problem is history. I can plan my workouts. I do the P.A.C.E. program and the 4.3.2.1 program. These are HIT intervals. In the 4.3.2.1 I have to move quickly from one exercise to the next. I can easily do it with the help of the Fitdeck.I use the bodyweight deck plus the rubber resistance pack and mix them according to what I want to do in the next workout. There is also a useful card with stretches for both upper and lower body. This is very useful as I end each workout with stretching the muscles I just worked. There's also a card for a short breather --- let's you grab some water. There should be a few more of those in the deck when you do intervals. But I don't really need a card to tell me. I appreciate the fact that each cards gives excellent descriptions of the exercise and good instructions. It also indicates how many reps you should do --- according to your fitness level. Now, let the record show that the Fitdeck says it's for people up to age fifty five. I ask you, does life end at fifty five? I think not. I'm a few moons older than that and I can do the military pak and the Navy Seals pak. So, dah. If you want to do it granny, get going. Ain't no one going to tell me I can't do anything just because I am over fifty five. That said, there is a pack for seniors. When I'm a senior, I'll review them. Until then, I highly recommend this great product.- Susanna K. Hutcheson
