Not for hearing impaired/ deaf individuals
They are not meant for D/HoH/HI individuals. Constant feedback and vibration. Stick with actual hearing aids, or buy accessories for hearing aids after discussions with a certified audiologist.

the only reason I gave them a 1 is there is no provision for a zero. fit so loose they wouldn't have a chance of working and when held close for contact they still don't do a ten percent job. pure junk , don't waste your money
