Melinda's Jalapeño Pepper Hot Sauce - 4 Pack

My husband loves this stuff--adds it to many Mexican, Tex-Mex and a variety of other dishes. I generally find it an interesting addition, but wouldn't go out of my way to add it. However... I just discovered it is a great substitute for jalapeño peppers in recipes. Saves the cutting, seeding and storage--and it's easy to get just the right amount of heat.The sauce keeps well. Buying multiple bottles seems okay; we used the last two bottles over a 2-1/2 year period, stored unopened at room temperature or opened in the fridge.

Delicious, spicy but not that much. Good quality.

One thing I love about Melinda's products is the potentness of the flavor. The jalapeno is a great example of that. If you want to have just the flavor of the pepper without the heat, try pairing this with some pineapple.
