It's a great little 2 in1. The screen is very responsive even to a pad pen. The screen was a bit smaller then I expected but it gets the job done. I use it for college and write all my papers on it. So far it has held up really well. I couldn't give it 5 stars though because I am very disappointed in the space available after the computers own programs to maintain the windows functions are downloaded it leaves no memory space for your personal items.

This is the worst laptop ever. It wasn't the one. Wanted it has absolutely no space on this computer the mouse icon goes away on it's on so everything you want to use the most you have to go into the setting and turn it on. The laptop won't ever update not can you factory reset it. Worst buy ever DO NOT BUY THIS LAPTOP JUST TI BE SAFE JUST DON'T BUY ANYTHING.

I was hopeful that this laptop would work. It is a pretty solid unit. Love having 6gb of RAM. However, the 32gb hard memory really isn't sufficient. After (trying) to install the Windows update (2 were unsuccessful), the drive was pretty much empty. The slot to insert an upgraded SSD without having to crack it open was a nice touch. However, there is no manufacturer documentation (on the website or in the box) that explains what kind of SSD it will accept. In fact, there is more documentation on how to assemble an Ikea table than you get in the box with the laptop. Np response from their support email; not holding my breath on that. The reason I returned it is this. There are metal brackets that attach the screen with the keyboard. The left one got so hot, you couldn't keep your finger on it. Between being uncomfortable to hold and a potential fire hazard, I'm going to buy something else.
