Riddle's Smooth Ginger Compound Makes a delicious, non-alcoholic cordial or mixer drink. Now with a new name and comes in a new, larger bottle, but the same great Riddles Ginger taste. Just add sugar to five pints of hot water. When nearly cold add the compound, stir well and the cordial is ready to drink. If you want to make it to drink at a later date, pour it into clean bottles, add a Campden tablet to each bottle and close tightly with clean corks or caps.
