Looks very nice and doesn't look cheap or cheesy. Comes with wall mounts (screws and drywall plugs), but I mounted this on wood so I didn't need the plugs. Has "hidden" mounting plate - just remove the paper holder, lift off the cover, and the mounting holes are exposed. When done, just put the cover back on and put the holder back in - don't forget to tighten the set screw (it even comes with a Alan wrench for it) - and you're good to go. What I really like is the paper holder is reversible and can be put in facing either direction.
