These electrolyte packets really meet all my needs. I don't realize how much my body benefits from the ingredients until I skip a day of drinking them and feel absolutely terrible. To me, the flavor is VERY strong and mixing it in only 16 ounces of water makes me sick to my stomach, honestly. I have a 64 ounce pitcher that I fill with water, then whisk in the packet (it mixes/dissolves pretty easily when whisked vigorously for several seconds). Then I just fill my water bottle up from the pitcher throughout the day. This method works really well for me and allows me to get the electrolytes in without taking it like a shot. I struggle with dysautonomia, but taking one of these packets a day really helps regulate my system so that I don't pass out. I rarely go more than a day without incorporating one of these into my routine.

LMNT is my go to for hydration. I love the taste. It is super salty though, so your first time drinking it I recommend diluting it a little extra. The ingredients are pretty simple, and has exactly what you need to stay hydrated. Everyone’s different, but I’ve tried multiple electrolyte supplements and this is the quickest and most effective for me. The sample pack is great for finding flavors you prefer, but if you want to use LMNT long term, I would switch to the larger boxes.

We have this order on repeat! It is such a great way to keep hydrated. As a breastfeeding momma, I make a “mommy mocktail” daily with an LMNT packet, some coconut water and sparkling water. Better for you than Gatorade, and tastes amazing! My favorite flavor is the orange salt. So fresh.

These are a little more expensive than a lot of options out there but you can tell the value when you drink them. The flavors are amazing and strong, doesn't taste like water with a hint of flavor which I like. There isn't one flavor that I dreaded drinking. I've bought several of the individual flavors after getting the variety pack.

I love these electrolyte packets. As a diabetic runner, I really appreciate that they’re sugar-free. All the flavors taste great. They’re a bit on the pricey side, but definitely worth it in my opinion.
