Genuine Quad Sheepskin Rug in Grey (190x120cm) (74"x47")

I ordered 3 of these on 24 August 2014, stock was shown as being available to meet my order. Delivery was effected on 6 September 2014?I chased the supplier about the protracted delay, they replied:-"I am very sorry for the delay, I was unaware the items had not been delivered. I will speak to the courier tomorrow morning and come back to you".The delivery was made the day after I chased the supplier, I didn't get a further response, though I did out of courtesy let them know the delivery had been made. Whilst I did not expect a grovelling apology for the delay a follow up email would have been in order. So I am not impressed with JC Household.The product is fine, good quality but using it on a hard floor means that we will need to purchase some anti slip mats to sit under these, however given the natural quality of the rugs that was expected.I am happy to recommend the product.

We liked the rug , but when it arrived it wasn’t quite the colour we had envisaged........ carried out the returns recommendation..... WHAT A SHOCK £56.30 return which is not refunded!!!!!!!!!!

Does seem real fur. Is not fully white its more yellow white. Disappointed in size not worth the money for the size.

Wow , this is an amazing rug , so smooth and really long hair , it was delivered a day early and so an added bonus .... Great rug for the open fire (wink) 😃

I was slightly disappointed by the quality of this product, when I opened the packaging most of the 'shaggy wool' was in the packaging and not on the rug itself. It also looks as though it has been cut from a larger piece and the edges are uneven and unsealed.

The rug was too thin and the picture is deceiving; the rug looks as long as the bed but it wasn't, or was it the fact that i didn't buy the right size, either way the rug wouldn't have lasted very long as it was too thin. If i had walked on it i am sure i would have damaged it. It was not very sturdy, the only thing this rug would be good for is putting feathers on it!
