Disappointment
Within several months this item began skipping during every record. Additionally, one of the plastic cover joints snapped off. I contacted the company asking if they offered any customer services or product support. Not only did they not stand behind their product they didn't even bother responding to my email. Both the product & customer service failed conclusively. *I never write reviews so this was pretty bad.

Sound sucks.
The sound quality of this was junk. We ended up returning.
