Not much help
Lots of talking but little action. It needs more instruction on actually doing work outs

More like a preface than an instruction book
Eventually the author stops talking about his experience and gives more actual instructions. No illustrations makes it hard for inexperienced people to execute the techniques

More like a rough draft
I don’t get it. Much of the information is so basic I could have written it myself. Poorly written, with no diagrams on how to perform various exercises, this is more like a very rough draft. 16 of the 44 pages are a lengthy and unnecessary introduction. No need for the author to sell me on the topic as I’ve already purchased the product. He’s trying to convince the reader that cardio and resistance training are good. I was trying to figure out how to set up a home gym. There’s 3 pages devoted to that, followed by a variety of exercises, but without diagrams. Not knowing any of the exercises, I’d need to research each of them in order for this to be meaningful.
