So much potential, but the app sucks. I was initially am impressed with this app and the product. I loved the radar and GPS. Unfortunately it just does not work. I turned on the app for keys that were left at home. The app would not recognize that that key fob was ever paired. When I scanned, none of the devises were found. Apparently you have to push the button on the devise to get it to be pair again. Now the problem with this concept, is If the item that is lost, you don’t have the ability to push the button on the ITag fob that it is attached to. In other words, it can’t do what it is designed to do.Besides that major problem, when I went to the app support, and I’m sent to a page that no longer exists. This appears to be an abandoned product.So don’t waste your money. I’m sending this product back to amazon.

These didn’t work that great. They continually go off if you leave the item attached at home purposely. Don’t waste your money. Buy something like Tile instead.
