These were super easy to install. I just cut out my old ballast and wired these in. Only took 5 minutes per light. There was a wiring diagram on the label for each bulb to confirm how it was to be wired. No more ballast/bulb headaches I hope! These are nice and bright and have been installed for more than a month. I am very happy with my purchase.Update: I've now had these lights for over a year and they are still all working great. We just bought a new house that had florescent fixtures in the basement. I bought another box of these since they worked so well the first time.

I really really wish we took before pictures and side by side. LED are so awesome so bright. We are ordering another 10 set and will take a before and after for you all to see. Totally worth it and the ballast conversion was super easy.

After a few month and not many hours 4 bulbs began to flicker. Seems to be a power supply issue.

It was a bit complicated at first, I thought the lamp I received was bad. It turned out that I didn’t remove the ballast. After the help of my friend, I finally installed it. The effect is much better than the usual lamp. the whole room is much brighter

The lights were very bright, and lit the room up well. What I really enjoyed was the build which has this protective plastic cover, which can prevent cracks and shatters. I overall through recommend if you are in a budget and need reliable lights for your home, garage, or workplace.
