Many design flaws
Sturdy but will make a huge mess when child pees. The “guard” in the front of the seat (where the turtle face is) doesn’t keep pee from getting on the seat or floor. Also pee makes a big mess under the white cushion. When child poops or sits for longer than a few minutes, the white cushion leaves a big red mark on child’s bottom. All this plus the white pads to keep the seat in place popped off. Would not recommend! Wish it worked because I liked the assistance for my toddlers.

Bolts get loose
Quality is good, but there is one minor (but painful) issue:the plastic bolts, especially the two connecting seat to ladder, get loosen and would drop off if you don't re-tighten them every few weeks...

Very easy to take down and put up so that others can use toilet. But this is not designed for a boy the guard is too low for peeing. Other than that its a great product!

Toilet seat moves around too much
While the legs to the ladder are non skid and don’t slide around the floor, the toilet seat is totally unstable and poorly designed for boys, instead of sitting inside the toilet ring, it sits above it, leaving a space where pee accumulates and drips down the front of the toilet. It would be more effective if it had a lip that sat within the toilet ring. I’m sure this problem would not be relevant to anyone training a little girl. But that doesn’t change the problem with the toilet seat moving around.

Best potty training seat!!
This potty seat was a life saver when it came to potty training. Because of the step and handles it made it so my son could use the potty on his own without help from me. This was the 3rd potty seat I had bought and I wish it was the first because it would’ve saved me money and some stress lol. Just watch the big plastic screws that hold it together the do loosen over time but it’s very easy to tighten back up

Easy to assemble and use
My son loved this potty seat. We previously tried others and this one was the winner that helped him potty train successfully. I think it gave him a sense of independence because his parents didn’t need to help him up and he could do it on his own.

I sent this back. Make sure this is going ...
I sent this back. Make sure this is going to work with your toliet as I could not get it to work with mine, Also the directions were terriable and it the step was uneven, which I am not sure why. Certainly not worth the money.
