Did you get a "Cartridge Damaged" error? Inkplicity can help!
I bought these because my HP Officejet Pro 8625 was rejecting my other refilled (at Costco) cartridges with a "Cartridge Damaged" error. I thought Costco must have damaged the cartridge when they refilled it.HOWEVER, when I opened the Inkplicity package, I noticed a bold "ATTENTION" sticker on each cartridge bag that noted an HP firmware update would be required for this specific new HP "Cartridge Damaged" error. A quick visit to the Inkplicity URL given on the sticker has the link to HP with the download. I installed it and viola!, all of my cartridges are working again.Thank you Inkplicity! This is the second refill kit I have ordered and I am very satisfied. The printer has had no printing problems. Definitely a better price than from an office supply store. These are the double ink size.
