I REALLY want to like this product -- it just breaks so easy...
I love how it is lightweight and padded around the neck. I would like extensions. I feel its limited span puts the device too close to my face.I love the device mount. I've bought similar items that seem heavier, but they lack the size capability for a tablet. This one works with a reasonable sized tablet or phone.The foam padding on the springy end of the device clamp itself tends to come off easily on each one I've ordered (I'm getting to that).Finally, this will be the third one I order. The tradeoff for weight is apparently durability. I REALLY want to like this item more. It has MOST of what I want. I just need it to be a few inches further from my face and needn't snap and break when adjusting the neck piece. Another time, I barely turned around and it bumped the nightstand and the ball-joint for the mount snapped. Durability is an issue.

I broke my wrist several months ago and it still hurts if I hold my cell phone for a long period of time. I like this item and use it weekly. the only thing I don't like is, how stiff the part is that goes around your neck, its hard to get it shaped like I want it. however it is worth the money if you have issues with holding your phone.

Not as flexible as we thought
The item was not as flexible. The comfortableness, we were a little iffy on and it wasn't comfortable when lying down. We used it once each (my husband and I) and have not used it since. The thought was great but all in all, it wasn't as great.

I ordered this product because I go to the gym very often and like to watch videos when I am working out. This product was very reasonably priced and serves its purpose very well! It is stable, has comfortable cushion for the headrest so that my neck is padded when I work out, and allows me to watch movies without interruption. It is also easy to take on and off and works as a stable phone stand whenever I need one. Overall, great product. I have no disappointments and I highly recommend!

I like it but not perfect.
Overall I like and use the lazy mount. It is large, and unfortunately I wish it were larger because my phone often seems too close to my face when i use it. Perhaps I need to flex it to a better shape.

Not only do I use it around my neck to watch videos and walk around with it, I also use it as a holder when I place it on the table. Totally outweighs my expectation. I ordered one more for my uncle cause he liked how he can just lay down flat on the bed and watch whatever he wants to WITHOUT having to hold it at all lol. Modern-day convenience at its best! Thanks!

Its fragile, but fixable if it brakes.
Product came in 3 days. Even thou it said delivered day before. I unpacked it and trying to adjusted, i managed to brake one of the arms connecters in first 2 minutes. I was serriously bummed, but I took a screw, removed the head and scred in the connection with the screw being in middle and holding the 2 together. Its super strong now! Otherwise works Great!

Sturdiness.
The phone snap on broke easily. But still usable with only one snap on fastener.
