I suffer with neck pain due to worn discs. I tried these capsules and was surprised that after 10 days , the pain seemed far less although i still had the stiffness but that can't be helped with my condition. It certainly was a good purchase and I will carry on taking them

This is the second time I have bought these, very effective, easy to swallow, and works for me.

As with any supplement I think everyone experiences very different results. For me, these supplements have helped and I have noticed a different, not a life changing event but a difference for the better. So I think they are fine, loads of them so great price too. They do have a strong sent but only when opening the container, personally I do not get any after taste once they have been swollen and so they do go down easily. I like them.

The trouble with reviewing 'supplements' is that it is almost impossible to say how effective they are until you have trialed them for a few months. Amazon Vine requires a review within 4 weeks. And unlike some reviewers I will not give a five star review for something I can't vouch for.This is a plastic pot of SIXTY Turmeric and Black Pepper Capsules 3000mg, with Boswellia & Black Pepper. First that's quite a high dose of Tumeric. The black pepper helps with absorption and the boswellia is an extract from the frankicense tree, apparently helpful with joint pain. It's impossible to tell how these are working. It's a two month supply. The great news is that these are vegan too!
