I love this belt! I do my powerlifting and overhead movements no problem! I used to wear harbinger belt with a single width but was experiencing hip pain every time I bent more than 45 degrees. I recently bought this in hopes that with it’s unique curved shape, my belt would no longer dig into my lower abdomen and hip bones, and it exceeds all expectations! So comfortable and contours well to the natural waistline. I’m 5”7 and 148 lbs with long limbs and a short torso and a size small fits perfectly. It’s important to remember that buying a belt isn’t like buying a piece of clothing, they’re made for MEN and WOMEN. So ladies, if you’re usually a medium size, get a small belt.The color options are sweet I’m thinking about getting one for my husband!

Let me preface this review by saying I have given this belt away because I cannot use it.The belt deserves 5 stars because it did exactly what I expected it to do, and had it not been for one small issue it would have been perfect. The velcro strap was very strong and unrelenting, and the ease of putting it on and taking it off was ideal. It may not be your typical leather lifting belt, but it is strong and only has the slightest give, almost unnoticeable.I gave it away because I am built with very high hip bones and a very long rib cage. The space between my ribs and hips was not enough to fit the sides of the belt and ultimately pinched and caused bad enough pain I couldn't go into a 90-degree squat. I didn't try with weight, but it was uncomfortable even going down into the starting position for a deadlift. I gave the belt away to someone with a build better suited to it than I, and they love it. Honestly, had it not been for the pinch, I would have too. I was sorry to have to give it up.

I'm a newish lifter and had never used a belt before .Big weightlifting belts always turned me off. Bulky, intimidating, looked funny on me. I picked this particular belt because it looked kinda low-key. The medium fits me, 35w just fine. Really you can just tighten it as much as you need to. When I wear it under a hoody you can't even tell I'm wearing it, which is what I wanted.As far as its performance, it instantly added 20 lbs to my rep weight. Made me feel a lot more confident and stable during the lift. A lot the limitations are in your head and this just really lends to a peace of mind that my body is stable during heavy lifts.

Quality is very high. Really nice belt, but I ordered a small since my waist was a 28", and I'm never an xs in anything, but I was wrong. The small fits, but barely, the velco wraps quite a bit extra around the back. Wish I had ordered the xs. Order smaller than you think. The inches measurements are true to size, so order off that. Definitely helps with my squats and deadlift. I like how the lines contour to go a bit lower on my back. Velcro is nice, easy to take off and out on.

I absolutely love this belt! It's extremely versatile. It's obviously great for lighter exercises, but what surprised me most was how well it performed during heavier compound lifts (eg deadlifts, squats, etc.). It's quickly becoming my go-to belt for everything. It appears to be extremely durable as well. I work out 5 times/week minimum, so my equipment takes quite a beating between using it, shoving it into a gym bag with a whole bunch of other junk, etc. This is holding up nicely to all of the punishment. I'd definitely order this again, but I'll probably never have to the way this thing is holding together. I highly recommend it!

Great belt! I’m 5’4 and weigh about 125lbs. I ordered the smallest soze and it’s perfect! I’m a first time belt user and I don’t know what took me so long to get one for myself! It’s perfect for any workouts that I do that require me to use my back in any way (squats, lunges, calf raises...etc.). I had a minor back injury prior to getting this belt and I haven’t had any issues since I started using it!

Reviews are usually done by my wife since we share the same account.This is a great workout belt. I’m 5’3 180lbs. I like that you can adjust to to how tight you want it. I especially like it really right so I’m thinking of moving down to a medium. But the large fits perfect. I do heavy weights and this is especially helpful during deadlifts, front and back squats. The belt helps me to go heavier than what I usually do.

I got this belt for a different reason than most, not for the gym but for work. I work in a warehouse and have a very physically demanding position. I was originally using just a regular posture correcting brace but it wasn't really giving me the support I needed. This belt has almost doubled my efficiency and made my back feel so much better by the end of the long nights! Would definitely recommend to anyone doing repetitive lifting and squats for long durations. Thanks a bunch for the awesome craftsmanship!

Very happy, received this today (Saturday) wasn't due until next Wednesday! Love the style of this belt and the cute skull print on it too, fits great, can't wait to try it down the gym later on today, super excited!! :)
