They work
They did exactly what they claim. I had to pass a bmi test and I needed a bit over half an inch in height or lose 7 pounds. I used these and passed. They arent overly comfortable in tennis shoes though.

Excellent product
I love this product. It really works. It’s increased my height. I wear this inside of socks so I even don’t worry my height changes when I come off my shoes. The shoe insole I bought before was so bulky that I couldn't use it for every shoe.

Flexin slips to one side of the heal
I do not walk perfectly straight, Flexin slips to one side of the heal forcing the ankle to twist over.

Good item but still drawbacks
Exactly what you’d expect however the product is thin and can be broken easily if you’re not careful.
