Directions
Adults take 1 capsule in the morning with food, and 1 midday with food. Do not exceed the recommended daily intake. To assess tolerance, take 1 capsule in the morning for 5 days, then increase to 2 capsules per day (experienced users can start on 2 capsules per day). Do not take less than 6 hours prior to sleeping. IMPORTANT: Drink a MINIMUM of 2-3 liters of water each day. Failure to do so can lead to dehydration.
