So below is my original review which was from when I bought the product. Their customer service department is top notch though because within 24 hours I had a reply to my review from the company as well as a free replacement sent to me in a very timely fashion. I have installed the new screen protector and so far so good. I have been using it the same as the last one and no chips/cracks/or any defects so far. I will update if things change but for now it has gone from a 1 star to a 5 star since I do enjoy the product and their CS department far exceeded expectations.OLD ORIGINAL REVIEW BEFORE I GOT MY REPLACEMENT:"This screen was easy to install and is as advertised, however first day it started to chip and the second day had a crack across the entire middle of the screen, I didn't drop it or press on it too hard or anything. Very disappointed and will be ordering a new product from a different vendor since this has already failed. I may have gotten a defective one...but still buyer beware!"

If you are going to buy for IPhone X I recommend keeping you phone one while putting on the screen protector. Also, in order for it to be 100% black from the side you have to put your bright ness all the way down other wise anyone could see your screen as if you didn’t our anything on your screen.

There are diagonal lines across the screen. It blurs the vision and sharpness of the screen overall and makes it look like an old LCD screen from the 90s. This is my second screen protector and this seems to be a defect. The screen should be totally clear, not laden with lines across the privacy screen.

I wanted to like it so much! The lint sticker was rather cheap and rolled up right away so it was hard to work with. Luckily I had some extra from a previous screen protector order. It hasn’t even been a full day with it and it already CHIPPED!!!! I have NOT once ever dropped my phone. I do like the privacy and the smoothness of the screen protector but UGH, it must be cheap quality if it cracked for no reason.

Had a different privacy screen protector that was too dark that I couldn’t use it outside in the sun. This one works perfectly. Dont need to turn the brightness to the max anymore. Privacy works great also.
