Good strong flavor.
I'm from a town in Brazil that has a lot of Lebanese and Syrian immigrants. I love their Orange Blossom candy and wanted to make some because I don't know where to buy them here. I got a recipe online, deviated from it like I always do and got a delicious kind of mousse. I put brown sugar, lemon juice and water in a pan, cooked it until started to caramelized; blended unflavored Jello, orange blossom and milk, mixed them together beating it constantly; mixed everything together and let it warm in the heat without boiling it, turned of the heat, put it in a shallow glass pan, let it cool, put it in the refrigerator overnight. Voilá, it was delicious!!! With double icious.
