Pinkalicious 12-Book Phonics Fun!

The actually books are pocket sized

Good for little girls...

American English. I don't really see how these books can teach your children to read properly when it's all in American English, so we have words such as Mommy and Color. I think they're best avoided and stick with a UK publication.

My granddaughter loved this set of books and she is 4 years old !!

These books were a gift, and I was very disappointed to find them damaged upon arrival. I was embarrassed to give them to my niece.

My 5-year old daughter loves these books and she especially likes the small format.

Es una coleccion muy linda de cuentos. Le encanto a mi hija de 7 años, que esta aprendiendo a leer y tambien inicia con el ingles. Sin darse cuenta practica su lectura pero tambien vocabulario y cada libro se enfoca en un sonido distinto (phonics). Hay que considerar que son pequeños (mide la caja aprox 15.5 cm X 13.5 cms.) son 12 cuentos con letra grande, dibujos muy lindos y no son muy largos lo cual para los pequeños lectores es muy bueno. Lo unico que cambiaria es que la caja tuviera un carton mas grueso ya que esdelgado y aunque tiene poco uso ya se le empieza a notar.

I was given "biscuit phonics fun" the "short e" book for a week, and that was a great little book. So after I returned it I thought I'd buy similar book sets for my daughter. Unfortunately, this book set did not meet my expectation. I was hoping for short words + more examples of the vowel each book tries to teach (e.g. in the biscuit book, it has "an egg fell from the nest; get help, biscuit. The little girl set the egg in the nest"), but each page of this pinkalicious set contains only 1-2 occurrences of the target vowel, and some other words are too hard to grasp for absolute beginners. My daughter was a bit discouraged when she needed too much assistance from me.

Haven't opened them yet as I purchased as a Christmas gift for my 4 year old. They are very tiny! Witch is a bit of a disappointment but im sure they will do just fine as a stocking stuffer.Actual box is only about 5"Will update once opened

My daughter is so proud that she can read on her own so she really loved these.

Very cute books about a family with a main character called Pinkalicious. Nice story lines, easy messaging and very colorful, bright illustrations.

Me gustó que las lecturas son cortas y el vocabulario sencillo para la edad de los pequeños.

Buena opción para niñas que están empezando a leer en inglés.
