I wanted to like this little laptop as it's the perfect size to tuck into a bag for travel. I could not like it.The trackpad is barely functional.The windows license is invalid and "in use on other PCs".In the middle of use it switches over to the blue "Updating... 100% Do Not Shut Down" screen (see photo) and stays there for hours.I've been waiting for hours just to be able to factor reset it so none of my information is on the thing before I return it.So, hard pass on this one.
