[Updated 2025] Bonsenkitchen Vacuum Sealer Machine + 40 Vacuum Bags, Fast-Compact/Multi-Functional Food Vacuum Sealer with External Vacuum System, Silver

So I initially bought this for sous viding. However, I've since realized how great this is for people living alone. It's great for vacuum sealing and storing leftovers so they don't go to waste! Now I don't have to pass on things because it would be too much for me to eat by myself. I just eat a portion and vacuum seal the rest. This works great, and I highly recommend it. It's not too loud and it's very easy to use.

We bought this vacuum sealer to replace one that was becoming worn out after years of use. This model was surprisingly affordable and works well. It has a seal option to seal the bags, a vacuum and seal for vacuum sealing (we use a this option a lot for packing meats into dinner-for-two sized portions), a pulse vac that we can use to seal a package of a more delicate nature, such as pastries or berries, etc that you don’t want to crush with a full seal or bloody meat items, and a separate accessory port for sealing jars and wine bottles.Whenever I make big Costco run, I invariably use this to repackage meats, nuts, etc so they stay fresher for a longer time. Foods are much less likely to get freezer burn when vacuum sealed as well. We have been using this product for a few months now and are very satisfied with it so far. It is easy to use and clean as well.

I'm not sure yet if it is user error / learning curve or the machine, but it doesn't seem to vacuum out all of the air. It does suck out most air and seals the bag. It comes with two sizes of bags and seems easy enough to figure out how to use it.

For an affordable vacuum sealer, this does a great job compared to the other one I had. No fussing about to find the perfect spot to get a proper seal. No need to press down on anything while it's sealing. It does it quick and with quite a bit of power behind it. It's been perfect so far!

My expectations were muted due the low price point. i had always had the food saver brand until now. This machine is absolutely awesome it sucks and seals and its fast. Most valuable it can seal bags continuously, which is handy when you are making bags from a roll. I have used it now 5 times and performance is great. Is small and compact but a great price. The only thing that i miss from my old unit is the built-in bag cutter, i guess scissors will have to suffice.

This is a great little machine. Easy to operate, light and small for storage, and makes food prep a breeze. Great suction for vacuuming and sealing meats for freezer storage. The included bags are sturdy and have pre-scored notches for easier opening. I was pleasantly surprised to find you can reseal chip and veggie bags already in your kitchen to preserve freshness longer. I would highly recommend as a great way to divide meats and veggies into portions both for use during weekly meals and to store in freezer for future use. Especially when you buy in bulk and need to freeze!

First day delivered I sealed over 10 bags of freezer meals and it worked great. Even without looking at the instructions it was very straight forward. I will update later to see how the bags truly hold up in the freezer over time but first impressions I’m very pleased with this lightweight, compact, and inexpensive machine.

This vacuum sealer works very well. The sealing button for sealing the end of the bag is great, works well. The vacuum is strong and does a good job. Just make sure not to have a wrinkle in the bag side to side when vacuuming. It works well, really vacuums the bags down, and then seals. The vacuum is not running when the sealing wire is activated. It might be better if it continued to vacuum while sealing?The pulse vacuum button works well for things that can be crushed. You will not get all the air out of the bag but it helps prevent crushing the objects in the bag. I used it to pack pleated paper filters and used the pulse to prevent deforming the filter pleating too much. Works great and gives me good control.
