Hopefully my picture helps. I have photographed these in size “3T/4T” next to Peppa Pig briefs in size “4” from Target, and threw in a picture of other boyshorts I bought on Amazon from what also seems to be another foreign seller. They turned out great. Can’t remember that sellers name but if you search “Toddler boyshort underwear” you’ll see them.Anywho...these are true to the photos. Comfy and soft, packaged nicely and no factory odors. Very happy with them and they fit our soon to be 3.5 year old with room to spare. So I would say they are truly a “3T/4T”. It should be noted my daughter has a solid figure, born almost 9lbs and not letting up any through the years. She has thighs and a little bubble booty. If your child is a bit skinny, hell, maybe even just average, you might want to consider sizing down.
