Q: Does putty melt or stain items

Don't leave it laying fabric or carpets, it will melt into it and is almost impossible to remove.

Q: Does the color come off putty?

Had these for almost a year and never had color come out of putty. Even left them on paper and still no color transfer.

Q: What are the ingredients? I have a GF kiddo who can't play with play-doh.

The only component I find shown on the container is silicon. There is no ingredient list-only the comment that it is silicon-based.
