I purchased the coat thinking that I was getting a great deal but I got a fake Canadian Goose instead. This coat came from China, not Canada. It is missing back buttons that the real coats have and the hood is a strange size.I am hoping that the third party person will help me return it asap.

BUY ELSEWHERE!
This coat came with a fur ruff that was extremely sparse and thin in comparison to other Canada Goose Shelburne jackets. Called Canada Goose regarding getting a warranty replacement. Canada Goose replied that while they do everything do provide quality inspections sometimes coats do get by and are not up to their standards. A warranty replacement would take at least 4-6 wks and they could not guarantee a replacement without seeing the ruff. They further advised that because the retailer only had a 30 day return policy and they could not get me a new ruff within that time frame that it would be best to return the coat to the retailer as defective. I contacted the seller to return the coat with an explanation of the problem. Seller sent me a return label with postage due. As I do not feel that I should have to pay the return postage on a $775 defective coat, I contacted Amazon in regards. Seller still refused to pay return postage. I am returning the coat and will not purchase any further products from this seller and advise others to beware! Amazon will be picking up the shipping as they actually do know what good customer service is.

Best coat! So warm, lush and high quality. Worth the $$$ in my opinion, especially if you hate being cold. Bought through Saint Bernard via Amazon and product was authentic.

fits perfectly, warmest bestest coat i have ever owned. this is the real deal! The fur isn't as fluffy looking in person, but you can set up the wire to lay out the fur on the hood to look like that.
