Ford 6.0L 6.0 2003-2007 Powerstroke Engines Turbo Air Products - DK Engine Parts (Intercooler Pipes)

It fixed the issue I had due to factory plastic cold side charge pipe failure. Hot side pipe and boots fit great intake elbow fit to the intake manifold great but where the cold side charge pipe goes to meet the the intake elbow there is a little bit of a misalignment about a quarter inch out the boots make the joint possible but just a little bit annoying. Everything else was great but for that fit up reason is why I give it four stars but I guess you get what you pay for. But nevertheless if you have a charge pipe failure and your in a little bit of a financial pinch and you can’t afford a totally bitchin charge pipe kit, this kit is a great option for that reason. But even with the little misalignment issue I would recommend it

I ordered this and all new intercooler piping. Everything was great, except this intake elbow only fits if you have done a throttle body delete. For this intake elbow fits into the throttle body bolts.

The intake is off and the clamp will hit your fuel your regulator ( I have the Sinister Blue) and right after I ran my truck it blew one of the charge lines!

Easy to install after a little manipulation in the compartment. They look great and I feel the difference when driving.

From what I can see everything works great!It does scratch kinda easy. But it’s worth it for the money.

Piping is great but the boots not so great couldn't keep the boots on had to switch back to OEM

better air flow good replacement part easy bolt on you need to remove the entire OEM part the plug is not needed
