Black Garlic Fermenter, 2-in-1 Electric Black Garlic Cooker, Full Automatic Intelligent Control and Ferment Single Clove Garlic Multiple Clove

First batch I bought garlic from trader Joe's and they came out really dry. Second batch, I soaked the garlic in beer and even poured some into the fermenter. The top layer came out dry, but the bottom layer tastes good after letting it dry for a couple of days. Next time I will try soaking the garlic longer and pour in more beer.

I love the color. I have not tried it yet.
