Co-worker asked me to buy another office chair for him under my account. I asked him what happened the last chair i purchased for him? He said he came into his office the the arm was already busted. I can't blame the seller for this, but I was surprised to find no manufacturer information on any tag under this office chair. I even went online to look up a owner's manual/parts manual and could not find any. Tried looking for the manufacturer of this chair and still found nothing. I then resorted to calling the seller only to be the first person in line for 20 minutes on hold. I called during the normal hours of operation they had listed, but no one was picking up the phone. No, I didn't leave a message either since their average response time was like 9 hours. I can tell by looking at the member date and the number of items sold that this company/person is not a power seller. I gave up on the seller since I seriously believe they are a drop shipper and they won't have the replacement part I wish to purchase. Again, the 2 stars is my rating on the product, the missing information under the chair and lack of product support available after the sell. This is a cheap throw away chair.
