I have not had not problems, Yes at the beginning because of the shipping which I understand but other then that no problem glad that I find this company especially when HP Ink told me that I needed to get a new printer when I had this printer for 1 year. I am very disappointed with their customers service cause the first thing that they want you to do it buy anther printer,computer etc... instead of helping me with the problem that's sad HP customers serice...

This item came very quickly after I ordered it. However, the springs are corroded and it did not work - the ink cartridges wouldn't stay locked in place. This is very upsetting as I saw that this was supposedly a certified (high quality) refurb. I can tell you this has not been certified to work because it doesn't . It was packaged very carefully and securely so it wasn't damaged in transit that's for sure. Probably worth buying a new printer since I can't find a new printhead for this one model anywhere.

I was disappointed with the part when I received it. It had visible oxidation on the springs and some other signs of being used. However, when I installed it, to my surprise the part worked and did the job that expected. I believe it was a used part, removed from a machine cannibalized for parts. The price paid was not a "used part" price. However, it is doing the job so I will not complain too loud.

ON TIME DELIVERY, ITEM WAS AS DESCRIBED. UNFORTUNATELY I COULD'T USE IT AS MY PRINTER HAD ANOTHER ISSUE.

This is exactly what I needed for my printer. Came with a set of ink cartridges.
