I got the delivery in time, the item quality was good and it had a soap dispenser too, BUT the nozzle for water outlet was missing so it was useless. I had to ask for a replacement. I was disappointed with the replacement as it was totally different from what I'd got in the first delivery. The quality of the replacement was average, the soap dispenser was missing and there was no water outlet. Nothing great.

Bucket not in a balance when water is filled, also handle rod is not sturdy very loose. I can't replace as it was a pre-paid. I once lost my product when I returned.
