Sturdy enough to carry a camera with long tele photo lens comfortably.Slight reduction (6-8 inches) in the length of unextended monopod would be more helpful for low level shots.

Not worth for money..
Not at all trustable... within one month the grip of monopod has become weak... not durable also..
