This works great in my propane grill. I put about a cup of wood chips in the box( dry only, no need for water) place it in the back of the grill, on the grate, over a burner. In about 15-20 minutes, you'll have smoke for about an hour. Just depends on how much chips you place in the box. I love this box. I works very well. I use it to smoke all kinds of meats. Definitely recommend!

I purchased this for my husband because he loves to smoke things. I like that this is a stainless steel, well made. It's easy to use. He was using fail packs that didn't give a lot of smoke . He really likes this box because it gives his ribs a nice smoke flavor. Works well and he's happy.

We don’t have a large smoker… But we have heard you can put wood chips in a smoker box and put them under your regular grill for a delicious taste! This smoker box was RIGHT on the money!!! My husband loves it so much, he is using it on a weekly basis. The first couple things we tried out with the smoker box were grilled hamburgers and grilled salmon! Our burgers and fish have NEVER tasted this YUMMY!!!! Remember to Soak your wood chips for about 20-30 minutes and then put them in the smoker box on top of the heat source...then you are ready to grill. We would definitely recommend the smoker box to people without a larger smoker… It does an awesome job and the food is delicious! Yummy yummy!

Used in my gas grill. Removed the grill and flame deflector and placed the loaded up smoke box on burner on the end. Replaced the deflector and grill. Started the grill on the lowest setting using only the burner under the smoke box. Placed a seasoned roast on the end with the burner off and a water pan above the smoke box and let it go for about 3 hours. Lots of smoke, no ashes and great taste.

What an easy way to turn your grill into a smoker at a fraction of the cost of a dedicated smoker. We chose this route because we have an elevated deck and didn’t want to sacrifice “floor space” in order to be able to add smoking to our repertoire. This was the perfect solution and didn’t disappoint. Solid and sturdy product that functions as expected.

This is replacing my old smoker box that was cast iron and was on it's last legs. Have used this for a couple of cooks, normally I separate the lid from the box and use it for chips I want to light up fast and save the box for the larger chunks to burn more slowly.

I bought this box so my husband could smoke things on our little propane grill. He has said more than once how much he loves this little box. Just put some wood chips in and put it on the grill and voila! We have used ours about 4 times so far and still seems good.

Great smoker. Over the burner, heats up pretty quickly. Build is super nice and strong. Looks really good too. I think I up'd my grilling game thanks to this!
