Pofung UV-TEN4 Two-Way Radio, Dual Band UHF/VHF Ham 136-174/400-520MHz

The only downfall of this radio is the ptt botton . You have to put a and b sides on the same channel or frequency so that the radio dose not key up on the wrong side. Personally just go with the uv82 on that radio the ptt is not a promble.

i baught one of these radios and i am very pleased i baught other radios from this seller and they are awesome also this radio and all other radios that i baught so far are well worth the buy.

I mostly purchase this one because I did not like the split PTT on the BAOFENG UV-82The quality is the same as the UV-82 BUT there is an extreme lack of information on the UV-TEN4, including on the BAOFENG/POFUNG website.In addition I have yet to get any of the PC programming software to communicate with the unit.All in all I am pleased with the radio and would recommend it to anyone who doesn't care about PC programming

My friend put it on the service monitor, and it checks out good. It has a hot mic, so back off of it a little bit. It programs typically like the other Baofengs, and Wouxuns. I would go for it. A tank of gasoline cost more.
