I've been taking pycnoginol on and off for years. I'm 69 and recently had a coronary calcium score test and on a scale that begins with zero, my score was zero! I'm a carnivore and eat about 99% meat and fat with lots of beef, butter, bacon, and egg yolks.

Have just started this new supplement, like the price and the quantity.

Can't say that I notice any difference taking them, but antioxidants are more insurance policy than pain killer. So I'll review in another 40 years if I'm still here. I trust Solgar as an outstanding brand and buy their products where possible for the supplements that I take.All told, I would say that Solgar's Pycnogenol may decrease lactic acid buildup and pain associated with weightlifting. I sense a reduced soreness after a day of really aggressive lifting.

It is the best! I bought it for menopausal hot flashes, and it works great! will continue to use, I can finally sleep!!!!

Just be sure to follow directions and do not take for longer periods of time than recommended.

It works but I got hand rash from it which can ge seen with pine tree extract
