Ruined my Printer!!
I used this as my first experience with a Remanufactured cartridge. I have never had any trouble with OEM cartridges in my printer. Since installing this cartridge we have had to consistently run clean cycles and alignment cycles on our machine. Now after only using for about two months, the printer will no longer print more than five pages without running clean and alignment. I now have to order a new printer. Since I bought more than 30 days ago, I am screwed on any returns. I would avoid this cartridge.

Product replaced
Editing my review. Seller did reach out to me and offered a replacement. They said that an update from HP made the chip unreadable. Replacement cartridge is working well.Bought this in advance to have when I needed it, so Amazon says I've missed the return window. But when inserted into my printer, it won't work.

No difference between this and the name brand.
Just as good as the name brand. I am going to only order from this site for my refills. We go through a lot of ink at the office and it started to get really expensive. This was a wonderful seller to doscover

Product does not work
None of these cartridges work as the printer displays they are faulty unfortunately I installed them after the latest return dateI would like Amazon to put me in touch with the vendor for a credit

BROKEN CASE
YELLOW AND MAGENTA WORKED FINE, THE BLUE CASE WAS BROKEN AND WAS NOT USABLE. LEFT ME HIGH AND DRY UNTIL I COULD GET IN TO TOWN AND BUY ANOTHER. TOTAL WASTE OF MONEY.

Didn't work, lost $170.
Did not work at all. Make sure you test then immediately upon order instead of waitingm for your existing ink to run out so you don't lose $170 like I did.
