Only buy of you got small whip antennas under 5'.
I've got 5' firestiks and these springs were a waste of money as they don't hold up while driving! At a slow driving speed they bend over almost to the bed of the truck.

I just hope they save my antennas from the trees eating them. And they don't rust so bad they drip all over my polished mirrors. I never used springs before, I just bought and kept a stock of antennas.
