I have an elderly dog who loves to go for rides but was unable to jump up into my SUV. These steps/ramp made it very easy for my dog to get into the truck. He was able to climb up on the first try no problem. We have a 12 year old 75 lb golden doodle whose hips stiffen up after hiking. These steps allow him to get back into the SUV with dignity and no pain. He learned how to ascend and descend quickly.

Product Review Update. When the stitching on the first ramp failed a replacement was offered without any issue from the vendor. Sadly the replacement has failed as well. I tried reinforcing every stitched seam with duct tape to avoid seams ripping and this helped. The company offered a promo code for a discount on an additional purchase (thinking of that second vehicle) although when I tried to retrieve the code the company never returned email.Our dog is within the weight guidelines but near the upper end so this won't likely be an issue for smaller dogs I suppose. My original post follows...Our dog developed joint issues and is in and out of the vehicle at least twice daily. We looked at several good products but chose the Flightbird for the price + design. The product has met and exceeded our expectations. It folds easily and is lightweight for fast, space-saving storage. There is a clip to hold it in place as well as rubberized handles to protect the vehicle. The durable weather-proof material seems substantial and has held up very well. Our dog navigates a fairly steep pitch however this is an adjustable feature. For the price I can afford one for the secondvehicle!

Works great for my medium dogs and small dogs though I did apply 4” non slip tape (from Amazon) across the width of each step. I secured it to the top of an open tall crate door, in the corner next to a wall so they have a wall on the side and a wall at the top. I stuck a pillow into the space at the top of the ramp, so when they turn to go onto the top of the crate, where they like to sleep, they won’t stumble on the space between the top of the ramp and the wall. Would buy again.

This is the third set of for ramps/stairs I have bought to try and get my older dog into my SUV. It is the first set he would actually use. I have had him in and out of the car multiple times over the last week or so with no issues. They fold up nicely and don't take up much room. I highly recommend them.

These collapsible steps work really well and greatly assist our older dog in getting in and out of the back of our SUV. They fold up easily. Of course, it's more cumbersome than just having the dogs jumping in and out of the vehicle, but when dogs get older and need assistance, these steps are good to have. They are very sturdy and functional.
