The Frucosol F-50-A commercial orange juicer is an efficient, reliable and stunningly designed machine. It gives a high yield of juice per fruit by only pressing the inside of the fruit. The pulp, pits, and peel are left behind so that the juice is non-bitter and smooth tasting. Also, the flavor of the juice is not affected by the oils and acidity contained in the peel. The Frucosol F-50-A is completely automatic and easy to use. Also, cleaning after use is a breeze. Dismantling, rinsing and reassembling the parts that come into contact with the juice is incredibly quick and uncomplicated. How It Works: These systems are unique throughout the world. Two cups gather the fruit, which is cleanly cut by a blade and divided into two halves. The juice is then extracted from both halves of the fruit by pressing. Only the inside of the fruit is pressed and the juice does not come into contact with the peel, while the pulp remains in the shell. The result is that the flavor of the juice is not affected by the oils and acidity contained in the peel. Great at Juicing, Even better at Breaking!
This juicer is an important part of our business. We received a defective product, but the company took no measures to fix that problem. We have since encountered numerous breakdowns that we have been responsible for fixing and we have spent over the price of the juicer itself just on replacement parts and even more on labor. The plastic gears inside break every few months and are $150 and $160 respectively. We have had a screw break off in the turning arm, requiring complete replacement at a price of $600. The "juicer ball" apparatus have broken 3 different times and are $300 each. As a business we made a terrible decision in buying this juicer.Attached is a picture of not even HALF of the broken parts we have encountered.The company does not stand behind their product. After being contacted repeatedly, they assure us that this doesn't happen with any of their machines and hasn't since they have been in business and it must be our fault. (Keep in mind that the Machine arrived in disrepair and we had to fix it before we could even start using it.) After months of not being able to use the machine and thousands of dollars spent trying to repair it, the least I can do is discourage anyone else from purchasing this nightmare.

No customer service and high cost.
I am looking for a commercial juicer. I will not buy this one looking at the last review.
